Mahdi H. Al-Badrawi is post-doc researcher at the Connectivity Research Center/ University of New Hampshire. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire in Sep. 2017. He received the bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Baghdad University, Baghdad, Iraq in 2005, the master degree in Communication and Computer engineering from National University of Malaysia, Selangor, Malaysia in 2011. His current research interests include statistical signal processing, blind spectrum sensing in cognitive radio networks, data analysis, Empirical Mode Decomposition and de-noising techniques. Currently, he is working on writing research proposals by developing technologies at the crossroad of spectrum sensing and signal processing. In addition, he is mentoring graduate students and writing technical papers. Mahdi is active as a reviewer in several IEEE transactions and conferences.
